SIgns and symptoms of pregnancy
2. Morning Sickness. Nausea and - or vomiting any time day or night.
3. Frequent Urination. Having to go or the sensation of having to go many times day and night.
4. Tiredness. Fatigue can be an early symptom. You may seem more tired than usual. Pregnancy Fatigue is a first trimester (the first three moths) symptom.
5.Darkening of the Areola. Soreness of the breasts.This is the area around the nipples. They are darker than you remember them being. The breasts also seem sore and tender.
6. Food Cravings. You notice a craving for Food you don't normally eat too often. e.g. You would like a dill pickle and you hardly ever eat them.
Later in the First Trimester:
7. Enlargement of the Abdomen. Your beginning to get a belly.
8. Enlargement of the Breast. They are definitely getting bigger.
9. Leaking Colostrums from one or both of the breasts. You notice leakage of fluid from the breasts.
10. A change in skin. Dark lines under the Breasts and on the belly. Whitening of the palms of your hands.
All of these are just signs and symptoms. To be really sure, you should go buy a home pregnancy test. These can be found at any local pharmacy. After this is when you should go and see a doctor or gynaecologist to confirm and be 100% sure. Then celebrate ... :)

When will women start seeing signs of pregnancy?
Pregnancy Signs:
- periods has stop or has become lighter bleeding
- changes in breast and nipples
- urinating more frequently
- get morning sickness
- feeling tired
- increase in saliva
- feel nauseated and dizzy
- increased pimples/acne
- headaches
- wind and also constipation
- increased sense of smell
- libido
Other pregnancy symptoms include such as the presence of hCG. hCG or known as human chorionic gonadotropin medically may also be presence on the blood and also urine. Despite the obvious signs, some pregnant women doesn’t even realize that they are conceiving and only to find out when they start to go into labor. Don’t laugh or shake it off but this does really happen in real life. A process which could be used to determine the pregnancy age accurately is through obstetric ultrasonography.
Pregnant woman will need to take extra care especially during the pregnancy stage. Researchers has found that woman will need 300 extra calories a day during their pregnancy stage. This means that the expecting mother will need to know what she can consume and also how much she’s going to eat. During this stage, pregnant women will need to stop consuming anything which poses risk to the baby such as smoking or drinking alcohol. Also pregnant women should reduces any strenuous physical exercise such as weight lifting or sprinting. A healthy diet proposed by your doctor will help you achieve a better lifestyle and also to cope with the nutritional need by your baby.
Stress is a very dangerous especially during pregnancy stage as this could cause any harmful effects on the unborn child. Studies has concluded that a very high stress level during pregnancy will cause blood pressure to fluctuate, which also increase the heart rate. As a result, it poses a great risk on the fetus’s health and development. Expecting mother should maintain or the best is to lower their stress level which is beneficial to the baby and the mother at the same time.
